Newamstar Liquor Filling Machine Technical Features:
1. External long-tube mechanical valve, or short-tube flow meter filling. CO2 is used to fully replace the air in the PET bottle, effectively reducing the oxygen content in the bottle.
2. Adjustable high-efficiency spray nozzle. The PET beer bottle can be fully cleaned, while at the same time saving the amount of washing water.
3. The level and pressure of the filling cylinder are controlled by analog level probes and precision control valves, respectively.
4. CO2 concentration compensation device in the filling cylinder to ensure stable pressure and high purity of CO2 back pressure.
5. Capping machine is equipped with a high-pressure squeezing device in front of it so that the resident air at the bottleneck can be reduced to a minimum value.
6. The whole machine is equipped with a centralized lubrication system, which lubricates each lubrication point and is particularly convenient for maintenance.

Newamstar Liquor Filling Machine Technical Features:
1. External long-tube mechanical valve, or short-tube flow meter filling. CO2 is used to fully replace the air in the PET bottle, effectively reducing the oxygen content in the bottle.
2. Adjustable high-efficiency spray nozzle. The PET beer bottle can be fully cleaned, while at the same time saving the amount of washing water.
3. The level and pressure of the filling cylinder are controlled by analog level probes and precision control valves, respectively.
4. CO2 concentration compensation device in the filling cylinder to ensure stable pressure and high purity of CO2 back pressure.
5. Capping machine is equipped with a high-pressure squeezing device in front of it so that the resident air at the bottleneck can be reduced to a minimum value.
6. The whole machine is equipped with a centralized lubrication system, which lubricates each lubrication point and is particularly convenient for maintenance.

Watermelon Juice Filling Machine Combiblock Line

Newamstar medium-and-high-speed PET bottle aseptic cold filling technology can be applied to a wide range of beverage products. Based on the aseptic cold filling technology, the Company has developed an aseptic Blowing-Filling-Capping Combibloc that integrates solutions of blowing bottles, packaging materials sterilization, filling and capping. The equipment has perfect package hygiene conditions and complete sterilization process. The complete isolation area guarantees the sterility in the liquid packaging process, providing the perfect packaging service for highly-and-low-acid products.

Application Scope:  
Mainly used for packaging PET bottles of juice, liquid milk, tea, energy drinks, etc.
Capacity Range:
12000 bottles/hour -48000 bottles/hour; for the bottle types of 150ml-1500ml

1. Friendly HMI with easy switch for multi-languages.
2. Advanced reflection system by ceramic plate, heat-preservation system and heating system, preform can be heated evenly.
3. Unique high-pressure gas recovery system that saves more than 30% of compressed air.
4. Ionized de-duster can be equipped to improve the cleanliness of the packaging container.
5. The tailored made servo stretching system can be adapted to preforms with various stretching ratio, achieving the variable speeds and high accuracy positioning.
6. The filling valve is designed with the tidy and safe valve body, the material quality can be fully guaranteed.
7. A high-pressure air circuit sterilization system to ensure the safe operation of high-pressure air lines.
8. A sterilization process for a variety of packaging materials to meet the needs of various products.
9. Filling methods with a variety of flow rates can achieve alternate filling speeds to meet different characteristics of beverage filling.
10. Disinfectant-immersed or in-line spray-type bottle cap sterilizer.
11. Automated process inspection, control, and data report and record systems to provide aseptic monitoring for all key aspects of the production line.
12. Complete CIP, COP, SIP, SOP cleaning systems to ensure the process safety of the filling environment.
